As a Wedding Planner, I’ll work with you to secure your venue and vendors. I’ll organize the planning documents and proofread contracts with you before becoming the lead on communication. We’ll schedule multiple planning sessions where you’ll express your vision, and then I’ll research the information you need to make the final decisions. I’ll work with you to develop the timeline of your wedding, create a budget, provide clear communication to those involved, and of course I’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly!

Once you have your vendors reserved, we’ll schedule a planning session to talk about the day of timeline. I oversee everything that’s been scheduled for the wedding weekend, from releasing dinner tables to giving your best man a nudge when it’s time to begin speeches. Scheduling a Day of Coordinator means that you can focus on enjoying the day while someone else attends to chair ribbons and timing.
